Innocent - Founder & Team Leader
Innocent was born 37 years ago from Najjembe, in Buikwe district, central Uganda. He lost his father at 1 month and mother at 8 years, growing up as a total orphan. He would then grow up in absolute poverty where affording a meal per day was impossible,
Innocent derives his passion for helping the poor right from here. Innocent was later taken in by his Uncle who had an orphanage school where he grew and started from. Well wishers came along to support and he managed to complete a degree in Development Studies at Uganda Christian University with the help of his brother, Vallence. In return of this favour, Innocent would later spend over 10 years working at his brother’s NGO. In his Senior 6 vacation, Innocent went to pursue a discipleship course in Rwanda from where his life would change forever. While here, he was taught to love, something he never experienced since birth. Currently, Innocent leads a very successful team at Hope alive Dream Center and Dream Care Schools which he inspires with his natural passion for helping the needy. Obviously he has turned his humble beginnings into a burning desire to change his community forever. Innocent is married to a beautiful wife, Shilla Tumwebaze.
Mr Wandera Henry
Head teacher of Dream Kindergarten and Junior school. He has a degree in Business Administration and with an experience of over ten years in teaching. Henry is married with two children.
Tr Nantaba Ruth
Head of the Kindergarten section. She has been at Dream Kindergarten and junior school since it's birth. She studied up to high school and attained a course in early childhood development. He passion in nurturing children and inspiring them is truly a blessing to our broader vision.
