It is amazing to learn that a gorilla trek in Uganda can be done in only 2 days from Kigali, Rwanda. This is very possible because Kigali city is only 164.4 kilometers away from Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. This is in comparison to the distance of Bwindi from Kampala. The latter is almost 500 kilometers away which makes the journey quite longer. From Kigali, you will travel for 4-5 hours, crossing the Katuna border.

All you have to do is ensure that you are at least 15 years old and get a gorilla permit with Monteero Safaris.
